Founder & President

Paul Spires

As the original inspector and founder of HomeTeam Inspection Service, Paul Spires brings decades of experience as a franchise executive and industry visionary. He understands the challenges of starting a new business and has spent over 30 years empowering franchise owners to build lasting equity and achieve financial independence. Paul believes the success of HomeTeam is rooted in the success of its franchisees and remains committed to creating an environment that supports their growth. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and spending time with his family.

Josh Spires

As Vice President of HomeTeam, Josh Spires leads the company’s sales, operations, and support initiatives. With over 10 years of experience at HomeTeam and a background in real estate investment and business management, he plays a key role in helping franchise owners succeed. Josh holds a B.S. in Business Management from The Master’s University and is an ASHI School Graduate, Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI), and NHIE Certified Home Inspector. He’s passionate about supporting franchisees as they build strong businesses and lasting value. Outside of work, Josh enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
