Meet, Noel! After working in retail leadership for over 30 years, he decided it was time for a change. Although his work allowed him to travel to five states and experience the country from coast to coast, he wanted the freedom that came with owning a business.
The home inspection field stood out to Noel because of his understanding of building and remodeling homes. Through that he discovered the importance of a quality inspection and getting a home prepared for its next owner.
The structure, support, and advanced technology is what drew Noel to HomeTeam. “I resonated with the company culture of focusing on family and independence as a business owner. I’m excited about the scalability and look forward to providing opportunities for others,” states Noel.
In his free time, you can find Noel cycling, traveling and scuba diving. He’s been married to his high school sweetheart Danette for 33 years. She will be a support inspector and help with office administration. Together they have three daughters and two grandchildren.
