Welcome to the team, Ulises Otero! Before becoming a franchise owner, Ulises was an operations manager for a wholesale casket company. Ulises decided in a change of careers to be a resource for people as they make one of the most significant purchases in their lifetime—a house. He’s looking forward to interacting, educating, and providing a positive home inspection experience for his community.
Ulises chose HomeTeam specifically because of its use of teams. He understands the importance of a team approach from his experience in the service and logistics industry.
Ulises is also a veteran of the United States Army and retired from the Coast Guard. He served four years and completed two tours in Iraq. One of Ulises’ proudest moments was being selected to represent the Coast Guard at the Air Force Leadership Academy then receiving the Air Force Leadership Award.
In his spare time, you can find Ulises fishing, boating, hiking, and camping. He’s been able to visit multiple countries throughout the years and considers traveling to be one of the most exciting aspects of his life.
His wife, Dellise, will be sharing ownership of the franchise and assisting in managing it. We wish the Otero’s the best as they open their business!
