Charlie is a former employee of Bill Hayes, who is now retiring and selling his business to Charlie. Charlie’s previous experience as a business owner, having created a printing and promotional brokerage in 2007 called L&L Graphic Solutions, will help him to run a HomeTeam operation. His formerly held management positions allow him to successfully lead a group.
After working in the home inspection industry for so long, Charlie decided it was time to take the next step—ownership. Charlie knew it would be a great fit for his next career move, and Bill made the transfer easy. Charlie is fully invested in the HomeTeam philosophy and is already engulfed in its culture.
In his spare time, Charlie enjoys golfing and cooking. He’s most proud of running now two businesses during his life. Empowering others to reach success through mentorship in both their personal and professional lives is Charlie’s “claim to fame.”
