Owners Jason and Tom Geris are brothers who have always dreamed of starting a business together. Jason, who will be managing the operations of the business, served 9 years in the US Navy and then spent time teaching nuclear physics, electrical theory, and thermal dynamics before working for the City of Tacoma in his most recent position as an electrical power grid high voltage operator.

When asked why he chose the home inspection industry, Jason stated, “My brother Tom and I recognized just how good the business model was for the HomeTeam franchise. We were easily able to see ourselves being successful in this system.”
In his free time, Jason loves participating in ‘Tough Mudder’ challenges, playing sports, camping, snowboarding, skiing and spending time with his two daughters.
