I'm Paul Spires, President and Founder of HomeTeam Inspection Service. As the original inspector, visionary, and franchise executive, I can relate directly to franchise owners as they're investigating starting something new. Leaving your career to grow a business of value can be daunting and trying at times. My focus for 30+ years has been to empower our franchise owners to achieve financial independence, while building lasting equity and value for future generations. I believe that HomeTeam's goals are best met when they align directly with those of our franchisees, and I remain dedicated to fostering a business environment that supports their success. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and woodworking in my barn.
