Krista is the FrontOffice Support Manager. Krista joined HomeTeam in 2016 and her customer service background and years of Contact Center management experience led to Krista's promotion to FrontOffice Manager in 2018. Since then, her main goal has been to coach and develop the FrontOffice team to possess the knowledge, skillsets, and professionalism needed to support our Franchisees from day one.
