I'm Brian Cybulski, the Operations Support Coordinator at HomeTeam Inspection Service. In my role, I work with the operations department to develop innovative ways to support and bring value to our franchise owners. With a background in psychology and diverse business experience across industries like solar, food, addiction recovery, security, shipping, and education, I bring a multifaceted approach to problem-solving. I’m passionate about finding creative solutions to help our owners succeed. I also appreciate the unified culture we’ve built through years of learning and adapting to the challenges of this industry. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, and staying active by playing sports.
